Memilove Terms of Service

During the order process, you actively confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The system automatically records the date, time, and IP address of your consent.

A distance contract for digital services between you (the Client) and Panevio, MB is concluded and becomes effective upon successful payment. Payments are processed securely via Paysera LT, UAB for Lithuania and Stripe for Ireland.

The order specifies the organizer's email, name, event title or celebrants' names, selected event date, duration, and final price.

Provision of the digital service begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation: the order confirmation, unique event link, unique QR code, print-ready A4 PDF poster, and organizer portal access are dispatched to the Client's email address.

Free trial: you can create and try an event free of charge, without any payment. When you create a trial event you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; the system records the time of consent and the version of the terms. During the trial you can change the event’s look, preview the guest page and a poster marked DEMO, and record up to three test greetings. Guests cannot leave real greetings and no invitations are sent until the event is activated. You can also prepare invitation designs and a guest list, and create a film from test greetings with a DEMO watermark. The film is included with the greetings service; after purchase, a copy without the DEMO watermark is prepared.

A trial event is activated by ordering and paying for it. You accept the terms again when you order, and the order is governed by the version in force at that moment, even if you started the trial under an earlier one. A trial event that is not activated is deleted, together with its settings and test recordings, 30 days after it was created; we email you 7 days beforehand. Before paying, you choose invitations, greetings or both; trying a service does not automatically add it to your purchase.

After the first test greeting is recorded, a personal €5.00 discount code for activating that event is sent to the organizer’s email. The code is valid for 72 hours, once, and only for the trial organizer’s email address. Discount codes cannot be combined: if the event was created through a partner’s link, the partner’s discount applies.

Memilove provides a digital guestbook service: generating a unique event link and QR code, preparing a print-ready A4 PDF poster, and granting organizer access to the event management portal.

Event guests scan the QR code using their smartphones to record a voice message (up to 2 minutes) and upload a photo. Guests do not need to download an application or create an account.

Internet connection requirement: An active and stable mobile internet connection (3G, 4G, 5G) or Wi-Fi network at the event venue is required for the service to function and for greetings to be recorded. The Client and event guests are responsible for having internet connectivity on their devices. In cases of slow or unstable internet, uploading voice messages or photos to the server may take longer or require a retry.

The organizer accesses the event portal using a one-time login code or a secure magic link sent to their designated email address.

Memilove provides the digital technical platform, tools, and infrastructure to receive and store guest greetings. The Service Provider is not responsible for, nor does it guarantee, whether event guests will actually choose to leave greetings during the event, nor does it guarantee the number, activity level, or content of greetings left by guests. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of greetings (audio recordings, photos, or text) left by guests — the guest who left it is responsible for it.

The organizer is responsible for printing and displaying the QR code poster at the venue, as well as informing event guests of the opportunity to leave digital greetings.

The event link and its distribution — who it is sent to, through which channels, and who can open it — is the sole responsibility of the Client (organizer).

We strive to ensure your celebration runs smoothly. If any technical issues, access disruptions, or questions arise regarding the digital guestbook during the event, the Client (organizer) must contact us immediately by phone at +37064568844 or by email at hi@memilove.com.

Upon receiving notification of technical issues during an active event, we respond promptly in real time to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

The base service price is 29.00 € (covering up to 24 hours of event duration from the scheduled start time). Each additional 24-hour period or part thereof costs 4.99 €.

All charges and final amounts payable are clearly calculated and displayed before payment. Panevio, MB is not VAT registered in Lithuania. Irish cross-border tax treatment is subject to a separate accounting review.

Payments are processed via Paysera LT, UAB for Lithuania or Stripe Checkout for Ireland. Available payment methods are shown by the relevant provider.

If a corporate invoice is required, the Client can select the invoice option in the order form and provide company details. The invoice will be generated and emailed upon successful payment.

The Client has the right to request order cancellation, date rescheduling, or a refund at any time prior to the event by submitting a request via email to hi@memilove.com or by phone at +37064568844 (specifying the order email or event link).

Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to scheduled event start: The Client is issued a 100% full refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, the Client may choose to reschedule the event date and time to another date free of charge.

Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to scheduled event start (or after event start): As the personalized digital service environment has already been fully generated and cloud server resources dedicated to the specific event time, payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling in this scenario is possible only by mutual written agreement.

Non-delivery due to provider fault: If the service cannot be provided due to technical malfunctions or server failure on our part, the Client is immediately issued a 100% full refund.

Money-back guarantee: if your paid event receives no guest greetings at all (test greetings do not count), we refund the full amount paid for the greetings service, including extra days. This guarantee applies notwithstanding section 3. Send your request to hi@memilove.com within 14 days of the event’s end, stating the order email address or the event link.

Refund procedure and timeframes: All refunds are credited back to the original bank account or payment method via the payment provider used (Paysera or Stripe) within 1–5 business days (and no later than 14 calendar days) from confirmation. No refund processing fees or deductions are applied to the Client.

When using the Memilove service, organizers and guests are strictly prohibited from uploading, recording, posting, or transmitting any content (audio recordings, photos, or text) that: violates applicable laws of Lithuania, the European Union, or international law; promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence; is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing upon human dignity; contains pornography, sexual content, or violence; infringes intellectual property, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party; or introduces viruses, malware, or attempts to disrupt platform security and infrastructure.

The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any illegal or infringing content without prior notice and/or to immediately suspend the acceptance of greetings for the specific event without refund in case of gross abuse or unlawful conduct. We will always notify the Client of such a suspension by email.

Audio recordings and photos left by event guests are stored on secure servers located within the European Union (EU) for 60 calendar days following the event end date.

During this 60-day period, the organizer may listen, review, and download the entire collection of greetings and photos with a single click (ZIP archive).

After 60 calendar days, all media files are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. The organizer is responsible for notifying event guests that voice recording and photo sharing will take place.

In accordance with Article 6.228(10)(2)(12) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services with a specific date or period of performance. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by Section 6 of these Terms.

For any questions, complaints, or service issues, please contact us promptly at hi@memilove.com or +37064568844. We respond within 1–2 business days.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, consumers have the right to submit a complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, website: www.vvtat.lt) or utilize the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Memilove services can be bought as a gift voucher. The voucher states the services it includes (Invitations, Greetings with the stated duration and, if chosen, the Greetings video), a unique code in the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format and its expiry date. The voucher is delivered as a PDF to the buyer's email address and, if the buyer wishes, to the recipient.

A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the day it is paid for. Within that time it must be redeemed at memilove.com/redeem by entering the voucher code and an email address. Redeeming the voucher creates an event order whose organizer is the owner of that email address; the event itself may take place after the voucher expires, subject to the general rescheduling rules. The event may not last longer than the greetings duration stated on the voucher; a longer duration can be paid for in the portal.

A voucher can be used once: it is redeemed in full for one event, cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused part is not refunded. Keep the voucher code safe — anyone who knows it can redeem the voucher. The service provider is not liable for the code being disclosed to third parties through no fault of its own.

The invoice is issued to the voucher buyer once the voucher is paid for. No separate invoice is issued when the voucher is redeemed; the resulting order is treated as paid with the voucher.

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase of a voucher that has not been redeemed within 14 days of payment by writing to hi@memilove.com; the full amount paid is then refunded and the voucher is disabled. Once the voucher is redeemed, the event order is subject to section 6 of these terms.

The service provider may disable a voucher if its payment is reversed or refunded or if fraud is detected. A voucher that has not been redeemed by its expiry date is no longer valid.
