Memilove Terms of Service

During the order process, you actively confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The system automatically records the date, time, and IP address of your consent.

A distance contract for digital services between you (the Client) and Panevio, MB is concluded and becomes effective upon successful payment. Payments are processed securely via the licensed payment partner Paysera LT, UAB.

The order specifies the organizer's email, name, event title or celebrants' names, selected event date, duration, and final price.

Memilove provides a digital guestbook service: generating a unique event link and QR code, preparing a print-ready A4 PDF poster, and granting organizer access to the event management portal.

Event guests scan the QR code using their smartphones to record a voice message (up to 60 seconds) and upload a photo. Guests do not need to download an application or create an account.

The organizer accesses the event portal using a one-time login code or a secure magic link sent to their designated email address.

The base service price is 29.00 € (covering up to 24 hours of event duration from the scheduled start time). Each additional 24-hour period or part thereof costs 5.80 € (20% of base price).

All charges and final amounts payable are clearly calculated and displayed before payment. Panevio, MB is non-VAT registered, so VAT is not applied.

If a corporate invoice is required, the Client can select the invoice option in the order form and provide company details. The invoice will be generated and emailed upon payment.

In accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, digital content generation and delivery (personalized QR code, poster, and event portal) begin immediately upon payment with the Client's explicit prior consent. Consequently, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital service has been generated and delivered.

If the service cannot be provided due to technical malfunctions or server failure on our part, the Client is immediately issued a 100% full refund.

All refunds are credited to the original payment card or bank account via Paysera within 1–5 business days without any additional deductions.

Audio recordings and photos left by event guests are stored on secure servers located within the European Union (EU) for 60 calendar days following the event end date.

During this 60-day period, the organizer may listen, review, and download the entire collection of greetings and photos with a single click (ZIP archive).

After 60 calendar days, all media files are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. The organizer is responsible for notifying event guests that voice recording and photo sharing will take place.
